REMOVING THE HANDLEBAR
•
(Remove the handlebar cover, upper fairing and
right/left controls)
Undo the screw (V - F.147) and cut the cable
clamps.
Pull the handlebar upwards.
REMOVING THE FORK
•
(Remove handlebar, upper fairing, front wheel,
front wing and front calipers)
Unscrew and remove the ring nut (A - F.148).
Unscrew and remove the underlying ring nut (B -
F.148).
Remove the fork assembly by pulling it outwards.
CAUTION!!!
Support the fork to prevent it falling.
Pay attention as the bottom balls (A - F.149) may
come out.
Clean away any grease, including the grease in
the seats. Check for wear and make the neces-
sary replacements.
Grease and refit.
Caution!!!
There are 22 top balls (Ø 3/16”)
There are 19 bottom balls (Ø 1/4”)
