IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance
in water or other liquids. Never hold the appliance under
running water.
• Danger of burns!
Do not touch hot surfaces and beware of
escaping steam. Hold the appliance by its handle only. Do
not open the lid during cooking.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are
older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord
out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
• This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• This appliance is not to be cleaned with a water jet.

label.

Disconnect the appliance

damaged.
• Avoid damage to cords. Do not squeeze, bend, or scour on
sharp edges. Keep away from hot surfaces and open

• Securely route the cords, if necessary that no unintentional
pulling or tripping over it is possible.
• Do not pull the power plug out of the wall outlet by the power
cord, and do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
• If an extension cord is used, its capacity needs to be suitable
for the power consumed by the appliance.
• Do not operate the appliance with wet hands or while standing
on a wet

oor. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
