Plug in, turn on, tune in
1. You will need to go to Settings and configure Internet connection options if your Home
Center light did not eventually turn solid green. This means the Home Center did not did not
get an automatic IP address in its default DHCP setting.
Typically du broadband connections
automatically get an IP address using the “DHCP” setting.
Home Center is set for DHCP by default so you should not need to do anything.
If you need to use PPPoE or a Static IP to connect to the Internet, select either and please go
to the next step.

Etisalat’s eLife broadband service requires you to use the “PPoE” setting with a user name
and password entry required.
Entering the name “eLife” is not required but an option you can
use if you wish.
When the Home Center is connected to the Internet, the front panel light will turn solid green.
