DISASSEMBLING

ASSEMBLING

(1) Remove M10x25 Hex flange head bolt, Outer flange, Cut off wheel, O ring 14, Ring 17, Inner flange. 

(2) Remove Gear section (

(3) Disassemble the removed Gear section (

Take the reverse step of Disassembling

: Assemble Spindle to Helical gear 49 carefully as described in 

Fig. 6

Safety cover

1. Unscrew M5x40 Pan head screws that

    secure Safety cover and Bearing box

    to the machine. 

2. Remove Ring 17 and 

    Safety cover.

    And then, remove Gear 

     section.

    with 1R269.

4. Remove Spindle from Bearing box with Arbor press.
