Joint
1. Sliding Upper rail in the direction designated
with black arrow, remove M4x12 Hex socket
head bolts (2pcs.).
2. Remove M5x14 Hex socket head bolt with which
Joint is fastened to Housing set.
3. Remove Upper rail while
pressing Pusher.

Compression spring 5 and
Compression spring 6
4. After removing Upper rail, remove Stopper and Compression
spring 3 from the Pusher.
5. Holding Pusher and lifting up Guide pipe, remove Pusher carefully
so as not to slung by Compression spring 5 and Compression spring 6.

6. Remove Joint from
Guide pipe.

7. Remove M4x8 H.S. button head screw. Pull off Slide door cap together with Nail guide holder
while holding Compression spring 4 so as not to spring out.
