1. Remove Brush holder caps, Carbon brushes, Collet cone, Collet nut and Trimmer base ass'y set as shown in Fig.1.
2. Remove four 4x35 Tapping screws. Next, separate the assembled part of Motor housing complete and Armature ass'y
from the others. Refer to Fig.2.
3. Pull out Armature ass'y from Motor housing complete by hand as illustrated in Fig.3.
4. Remove Ball bearing 6002LLH on the drive end of Armature ass'y and Ball bearing 607LLB on the commutator end
in according to the following manner.
A) Pull off Rubber ring 19 on Ball bearing 607LLB by hand.
B) Insert two jaws of 1R269 between Ball bearing 607LLB and Resin washer to remove Ball bearing 607LLB
as described in Fig.4.
C) As illustrated in Fig.5, use 1R280 with 1R269 to remove Ball bearing 6002LLH.
