Caring for the robotic cleaner
NOTICE
• Do not use thinner, benzine, alcohol, etc. because they can be a cause of
deterioration or discoloration.
• Do not use a sharp -pointed object (such as a toothpick) because it can be a
cause of breakage or damage.
Follow the table below in caring for parts of the robotic cleaner.

1. Robotic cleaner surface Wipe it clean with a cloth dampened
with water or diluted neutral detergent.
2. Interior of the robotic
cleaner (dust box housing)
Wipe it clean with a cloth dampened
with water or diluted neutral detergent.
3. Suction opening sponge
inside the robotic cleaner
Take out the sponge and wash away
the dust on the sponge with water.
4. Camera sensor Wipe dirt off with a soft cloth or a cotton
swab while being careful not to cause
damage.
5. Ultrasonic sensor Wipe it clean with a cloth dampened
with water or diluted neutral detergent.
6. LiDAR sensor Remove dust and dirt inside the cover
of the LiDAR sensor.
7. Cliff sensor

Wipe dirt off with a soft cloth or a cotton
swab while being careful not to cause
damage.
8. Underside of the robotic
cleaner
Wipe it clean with a cloth dampened
with water or diluted neutral detergent.
9. Front face of the remote
control and its buttons
Wipe dirt off with a dry cloth.
About repair
• If it is not possible to resume operation after removing the cause of a
notification or error indication (see page 28), turn the power off and then on
again.
• If the same notification or error is displayed repeatedly, ask the shop from
which you made a purchase or our sales office to do repair.
• Do not do repair by yourself. Be sure to ask the shop from which you made a
purchase or our sales office.
• When you ask for repair, bring the robotic cleaner together with the batteries
and charger.
