are operated
using a DS 45 RC radio switch (alternatively
also with RLS 45 K + radio extension module
PP 45 EO).
The following are not permitted:
●
operation of
PPB 30 K
units in combination
with an
RLS 45 O
control;
●
a combination of
PPB 30 K
with
exhaust
air units
(e.g. ER.../ECA...);
●
a combination of
PPB 30 O
and
PP 45 O/K
units at the fan interface (Fan1/Fan2).
RLS 45 K controller
● Configuration with PC/USB interface:
USB (A) / Mini USB (B) cable
● 3 operating modes: heat recovery,
cross-ventilation and automatic operation
●
5 ventilation levels
● Time-limited intermittent ventilation and
switch-off, safety switch-off, Modbus etc.
● PP 45 EO radio module can be added to
integrate radio sensors

The fan/heat exchanger unit is designed as a
duct mounting and can be removed for repair
and cleaning purposes.
A PP45/PPB 30 outer cover with integrated
condensate drain is required for installation
with a wall sleeve.
For PP 45, installation in the window soffit
with the PP 45 LE soffit element is permitted

NOTICE:
Indicates potential damage to the
product or its surroundings.
The ventilation unit must not be used
in the following situations under any
circumstances.
Risk of combustion/fire from flamma-
ble materials, liquids or gases in the
vicinity of the ventilation unit.
Do not place any flammable materials, liquids
or gases near the fan, which may ignite in the
event of heat or sparks and catch fire.
Risk of death if an air-ventilated fire-
place is connected to an exhaust gas
system, which itself has multiple connec-
tions.
The air-ventilated fireplace may result in ex
-
haust fumes being transferred to other living
units. Risk of death, for example from carbon
monoxide.
Never use the ventilation unit if there are
air-ventilated fireplaces in the living unit that
are connected to exhaust gas systems, which
themselves have multiple connections.
