When the vehicle has a serious problem during driving
• Turn on the hazard warning flasher, stop the vehicle on the
shoulder or a safe place and set up the warning triangle in a
position where it is easily identified by the driver of the vehicle
approaching from the rear
• Have all passengers get out of the vehicle and stay away from
the traffic. When your safety is secured, contact your Mahindra
Dealer for your emergency service
7.2 Starting the Engine with Jumper Cable
If the battery is weak or dead, the battery from another vehicle can
be used with jumper cables to start the engine.
Connecting order:
• The + terminal of the discharged battery
• The + terminal of the booster battery
• The - terminal of the booster battery
• Connect one end of the other jumper cable to the body of the
discharged vehicle, such as the engine block or a front towing
hook
The positive (+) cable to the positive (+) terminal.
The minus (–) cable to the minus (–) terminal.
• Prepare a set of jumper cables
