Warranty
TESLA has 5 years of official warranty from the date purchased.
If the top cover has been removed, or broke due to improper use the
warranty is void.
Cleaning
Do not use any liquid or immerse it.
To clean it just a simple antistatic cloth.
For a more thorough cleaning, disconnect all power cables, so that there
is no voltage.
Troubleshooting
What to do if there is no tension?
TESLA is built completely passively, so there are no components that
interrupt the signal path.
If there is no voltage, make sure that all the power cords used have no
break, and that the wall outlet has voltage.
Does protect me from power surges, does it have a fuse?
No, TESLA has no lightning or power surge protection, it has no fuses in
the signal path.
So you won't have to replace any fuses on our unit.
You should never open the cover of our unit!
A plug has been damaged or has arrived broken, what to do?
In this case, contact your dealer, and explain the problem.
We will solve the problem as soon as possible.
