Plug the device into the power outlet.
Connect the cables to the power supply brick
first. Then, plug the cables into the EC500p.
Load the device driver.
Plug the USB cable into the PC.
To Load ribbon: open the top access door
(unlock if applicable).
Install the ribbon. Ribbon drops into
place (clips to the front of the device.)
Load card stock: open card stock hopper
(unlock if applicable).
Set card thickness.
Manually place cards with themagstripe down,
right-side (facing the device).
Press the Print button in the device
driver.
Issue card stock
1. CONNECT, PLUG AND LOAD DRIVER
2. CONNECT USB AND INSTALL RIBBON
3. LOAD CARDS
4. ISSUE CARD STOCK
Connect the cables to the power supply “brick” first. Then connect to EC500p. Then plug the power cable into the wall outlet.
