POWERING A 12V DC DEVICE

The MS-7 is a power source for all 12V DC accessories that are equipped with 12V
accessory plug. Make sure the device to be powered is OFF before inserting the 12V DC
accessory plug into the 12V DC accessory outlet.

Plug the 12V DC device into the DC power outlet, and turn the 12V DC device on.

If the 12V DC device draws more than 4A or has a shot circuit, the internal circuit breaker of
the MS-7 will disconnect the power to the device. Disconnect the 12V DC device. The
breaker will automatically reset after an overload occurs.
IMPORTANT –
DO NOT power a 12V DC device with the MS-7 Memory Saver while
using the OBD connector or cigarette plug to power the radio or the on-board diagnostic
computer. Doing so will drain the internal battery of MS-7 and reduce available run time.
WARRNING – The MS-7 should be treated with care and caution. Keep it away from
explosive gases, flame

and spark. Never submerge in water and drop or expose to extreme
temperatures.
