NOTE:
To clarify the assembly procedure,
the following Photos show the Rubber
Track Shoe being installed on the
rear
end
of the Track.
Actual assembly should be done
on
top
of Track Plate where you can
easily tighten Nuts from below.
STEP 1.
Insert a #1642 Rubber
Shoe
into
a #1641 Channel. Align the
three (3) 3/8” holes in #1642 Rubber
Shoe with
mating
three (3) 3/8” holes in
#1641 Channel and then with the
mat-
ing
three (3) 3/8” holes in Track Plate.
From above, insert a #N Bolt into
each series of mated 3/8” holes. From
below Track Plate, secure each Bolt
with a #HH Nut.
NOTE:
Tighten each #N Bolt until its
“head” is drawn
below
surface of
outer
face
of #1642 Rubber Shoe.
STEP 2.
Follow this procedure,
moving Track periodically, until all 29
Rubber Shoes and Channels of each
Track have been installed and firmly
tightened.
