STEP 1.
Invert #4105 Bucket Bottom. Locate #4119 Edge over
forward edge
of Bucket
Bottom. Align the five (5) 5/16” wide slots in Edge with mating five (5) 5/16” holes in Bucket Bottom.
Insert a #M Bolt in each set of 5/16” holes and slots. Secure
inside
with #HH Nuts. Push Edge
evenly to the rear... tighten #HH Nuts... see Photo above.
STEP 2.
Slip Bucket Bottom & Edge Assembly between the two Walls of the #4104 Side
Assembly. Align the three (3) 5/16” holes at
ends
of
each
Wall with mating 5/16” holes in left &
right edges of #4105 Bucket Bottom. From
outside
, Insert #R Bolt into each set of aligned 5/16”
holes above... secure
inside
with #HH Nuts... tighten... see Photo above.

STEP 3.
Create a #4106L Left & a #4106R
Right Bracket assembly. Photo at right shows the
components of the #4106L Left Bracket. To assemble
it, insert #E Bolt through 1/4” hole in
top
of #4106L
Bracket and then through 1/4” hole in #4107 Lock.
Secure with #OO Nut... fully tighten, but leave a little
“play” so #4107 Lock can be easily rotated.
