PRECAUTIONS
Inspect coil before each use. If damage to the cord or housing is present, it is strongly
recommended the yoke be sent to a Magnaflux Authorized Service Center for repair.
WARNING
Coil produces a strong magnetic field.
WARNING
Persons with pacemakers or medical implants must stay 10 ft / 3.0 m
away from equipment while in operation, or wherever the magnetic
field is less than 1 gauss.
WARNING
Spraying the coil directly or immersing the coil in liquid of any kind can
result in electrical shock. Do not use coil in the rain.
CAUTION
GFCI / GFI / RCCB / ELCB protection is recommended to prevent
electrical shock.
CAUTION
Do not exceed the rated duty cycle. Continuous use of the coil over
extended times will generate excessive heat and may permanently
damage the coil.
CAUTION
Do not abuse cord. Never carry coil by cord or yank to disconnect
from receptacle. Never retrieve coil by pulling on cord. Do not
suspend the coil by the cord.
CAUTION
Only use outdoor rated extension cords
SW-A, SOW-A, STW-A, STOW-A, SJW-0A, SJOW-A, SJTW-A, or SJTOW-A

CAUTION
Do not position equipment so that it is difficult to disconnect from
line power.
