does not roll smoothly.
Casters
Check to see if the caster wheels are loose
within the brackets.
Check to see if the brackets on the casters are
bent or broken.
Make sure the casters swivel easily.
Check for flat spots on the caster wheels.
Replace worn, damaged or missing
components.
