Using the food processor

Knife use for grinding meat, hard cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds or fruits. 

Do not chop very hard products, such as ice cubes, nutmegs, coffee beans, cereals etc.

1.  Prepare ingredients for blending:

- Cut meat, vegetables, cheese, onion, garlic etc. into smaller pieces.

- Remove bones, cartilage and other hard items that could damage or jam the blades.

2.  Place bowl of food processor on a flat, stable surface. 

3.  Place knife-chopper on the axis inside bowl of food processor (Pic. 6/7).

Using a potato mashed attachment

Use this attachment for fast cooking of lump-free light potato mash.

1.  Turn the potato mashed attachment on the motor unit until it locks. (pic.5)

2.  Before you start, place the attachment into the bowl with boiled potatoes. Start operation with 

lower speed. 

3.  After preparing puree remove and rinse blades of the attachment. Wipe dry and reinstall. 

4.  To remove blades from the attachment, turn them clockwise. To replace the blades rotate them 

counterclockwise.

Note

In order to obtain light and tasty potato mash add small amount of hot milk and dairy 

butter.

Be careful - the knife is very sharp! Always hold the knife behind the upper plastic shank.

4.  Place the food in bowl of food processor.

Do not operate the appliance with an empty food processor bowl.

5.  Install the gear cover on the bowl and turn the gear cover clockwise until it stops. 

6.  Install the engine block on neck of the сover-reducer (Pic. 6/7). Mount the motor unit strictly 

vertically, without any distortions or gaps.

7.  Unwind the power cord to it’s full length and connect to mains.

8.  Set the desired speed for the regulator. 

9.  To turn on the device, press and hold the power button or «Turbo».

10. During operation, hold the motor unit with one hand, and keep bowl of food processor with the 

other hand.

11.  After using the unit, complete stop of rotation of the blade.

12. Unplug the power cord from the outlet. Disconnect the motor unit from the gearbox neck.

13. Remove the gear cover.

14. Be careful, remove knife-chopper by holding onto the plastic shank.

15. Remove the chopped products from bowl of food processor. 

16. After  finishing  work,  rinse  bowl  of  food  processor,  knife-chopper,  сover-reducer  and  dry  it 

thoroughly.
