Before first use

Brewing coffee

not put your hands in the water. Before further use, the appliance must 

be checked by a qualified specialist.

• For the safety of children, do not leave a plastic package that are used 

as packaging unattended.

• Protect the device from falls and hits.

• Do not allow children to touch the housing of the appliance and power 

cord while the device is operating.

• During operation and in between work cycles, place the device out of 

the reach of children.

• Always unplug the appliance when unattended and before assembling, 

disassembling or cleaning.

• Surfaces with marking (page 22) heat up during use.

After transportation or storing the device at a low temperature, keep it 

at room temperature for three hours at least.

1.  Unpack  the  unit  completely  and  remove  any  stickers  that  can 

prevent unit operation.

2.  Check the unit for damages; do not use it in case of damages.

3.  Before  switching  the  unit  on,  make  sure  that  your  home  mains 

voltage corresponds to the unit operating voltage.

4.  Wash the thermal mug (9), filter (6), all removable parts with water 

and a neutral detergent, rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the body (3) 

with a clean, damp cloth.

5.  Dry all parts of the appliance and carry out a full brewing cycle in 

accordance with the section «Brewing coffee» without filling coffee 

in the filter.

The  ready  coffee  drink  is  made  by  one-time  passing  of  hot  water 

through a layer of ground coffee in the filter.

1.  Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface.

2.  Open the lid of the water tank (1).

3.  Fill the thermal mug (9) with clean drinking water, then transfer the 

water from the mug to the water tank (2). The water level should not 

be higher than the mark «14 oz» (

420 ml) indicated inside the tank.

4.  Place the filter in the filter holder and the filter holder in the chamber 

(8)  (see page 3).

5.  Measure out the required amount of ground coffee, put it in the filter 

and close the lid.

6.  Place the thermal mug on the platform (10) under the coffee outlet 

spout. Use a thermal mug without a lid.

7.  After making sure that the power supply parameters match the data
