OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
Before first use, wash all attachments in warm soapy
water and dry with a clean dry cloth.
1. Make sure the Temperature Controller is set at “0” position.
2. Fill cool water into the Urn to at least half of total capacity
3. Cover the unit with the Lid.
4. Plug the Power Cord into electric outlet.
5. Turn the Power Switch "ON", and the Indicator Lamp will indicate the
power is connected.
6. Turn Temperature Controller to the temperature that you prefer.
7. The Indicator Lamp will keep off and the water will start to heat up.
8. When the Indicator Lamp light up, the brewing process is completed. The
urn of hot water is now ready to be served.
9. When the temperature cool down about 41-50° degrees F less than the
number that you set, the system will re-start to heat up automatically and
the Indicator Lamp will turn off again.
10. If user sets the Knob of Controller beyond (or very close) to the Number
of 212° F, the machine will always be maintained in “Boiling State” AND
WILL NOT STOP until user turn the Power Switch off or turns the Knob of
Controller away from the rated of 212° F (or beyond 212).
CAUTION: Do not touch the outside of the appliance during use! IT IS HOT!!!
