APPLIANCE OPERATION
- Choose the method of use and assemble the hand mixer according to one of the above procedures.
Use as a blender
- Put the food you want to mix in the container.
- Note:
The maximum capacity of the container is 600 ml. We do not recommend filling the container with a
larger amount of individual foods than is listed in the table in the "Recommended advice" section.
- Connect the appliance to an electrical outlet.
- ** Turn the control knob to set the required gear.
- ** Turn clockwise to increase speed and counterclockwise to decrease speed.
- Switch on the appliance by pressing one of the switches (normal / high speed).
- ** If the appliance is operated at normal speed, the speed can be changed continuously during operation.
- Always hold the mixing bowl with one hand while operating the appliance.
- Warning:
The maximum operating time of the appliance is 1 minute. Do not leave the appliance running
continuously for longer than the above. Then let the appliance cool down for at least 10 seconds.
- Unplug the appliance after use. Make sure that the rotating parts have stopped rotating and remove the
appliance.
- Clean the container according to the instructions in the "Cleaning and maintenance" section.
Use as a
beater
- Put the food you want to whisk in the container.

- If food sticks to the knife unit or the walls of the container, switch off the appliance by releasing the switch
and unplug it. Make sure that the blade unit has stopped rotating. Remove the motor unit and the lid and
clean the blade unit and the container wall with a plastic spatula. Replace the cover and motor unit. Plug in
