- Be especially careful when handling hot liquids, as they may release steam or splash and subsequently scald
you. Do not fill the glass container with liquids higher than 80 ° C. For safety reasons, we recommend letting
hot food cool down before processing.
- Do not leave the appliance running continuously for more than 20 seconds. Allow it to cool for at least 2
minutes before starting again.
- Take extra care when handling the knife unit, especially when removing it from the container, when
emptying the container and when cleaning. The blade of the knife unit is sharp.
- Before removing the container from the motor unit, make sure that the motor unit is switched off,
disconnected from the mains socket and that the rotating parts have stopped.
(*) Authorized service: The manufacturer's or importer's service department or another person who is
qualified, authorized and qualified to perform this type of repair. The blender must be handed over to such
a workshop in the event of a repair.
OPERATION
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove the appliance and its accessories from the packaging.
- Thoroughly wash all food contact parts with warm water using a neutral kitchen detergent. Then rinse them
under clean running water and wipe dry thoroughly with a soft cloth or let them dry freely.
ASSEMBLY
- Before starting to install or remove the appliance, make sure that the motor unit is switched off and
unplugged and that the rotating parts of the appliance are not moving.
Use as a blender
- The appliance is suitable for mixing soft ingredients and food (preparation of children's meals, various types
of cocktails, sauces, spreads, etc.)
- Slide the mixing attachment onto the motor unit from below.
- To connect the two parts, turn the motor unit counterclockwise.
- Proceed in the opposite way for disassembly.
Use as a beater
- The appliance is suitable for preparing light roads, whipping cream, egg whites, dessert creams, sponge
cake, mayonnaise, etc.
- Slide the whisk onto the motor unit from below.
- To connect the two parts, turn the motor unit counterclockwise.
- Proceed in the opposite way for disassembly.
Use as a food chopper
- The appliance is suitable for chopping food, such as meat, fruit, vegetables, hard or semi-hard cheese, herbs,
shelled nuts, etc. You can also use it to process too hard foods, such as coffee beans, cocoa beans, nutmeg,
etc.
- Place the food chopper container on a dry, level and stable surface.
- Mount the food chopper blade unit in the container.
- Warning : Take extra care when handling the blade unit to avoid injury from the blade edge.
- Place the lid on the chisel container so that the shaft of the blade unit fits into the middle part of the lid
and the locking projections on the sides of the lid fit into the grooves of the container.
- Turn the lid so that the lid projections slide into the grooves. Proper locking of the lid is accompanied by a
click.
- Slide the part assembled in this way onto the motor unit from below.
- To connect the two parts, turn the motor unit counterclockwise.
- Proceed in the opposite way for disassembly.
