Setting Tracklog
As you are moving and the GPS Companion is computing position fixes, the NAV Companion can
display a visual representation of where you have been (also referred to as Track or Tracklog). While
viewing the Plot Screen the NAV Companion allows you to:
A.
Start Tracklog:
This begins the process of recording your track.
B.
Stop Tracklog:
This stops any further movement from being recorded to your track
until you start the tracklog again.
C.
Clear Tracklog:
This erases the tracklog from your plotter display.
To Start the Tracklog
1.
Tap on the menu icon on your Palm organizer.
2.
Tap on
“
Plot
”
in the menu bar.
3.
Tap on
“
Start Tracklog
”
. (This is not displayed if a Tracklog is already in progress.)
To Stop the Tracklog
1.
Tap on the menu icon on your Palm organizer.
2.
Tap on
“
Plot
”
in the menu bar.
3.
Tap on
“
Stop Tracklog
”
. (This is not displayed if there is no Tracklog being recorded.)
To Clear the Tracklog
1.
Tap on the menu icon on your Palm organizer.
2.
Tap on
“
Tracklog
”
in the menu bar.
3.
Tap on
“
Clear Tracklog…
”
.
