Step 1:
NOTE: Use only canisters marked as D.O.T. Type 2P or 2Q.
Always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Place Canister Lever in the “Unlock” position.
Step 2:
Turn Control Knob to “Off” position.
Open Canister Cover.
Step 3:
To connect a butane canister, locate the notch on
its collar, lift up the safety guide inside at the stove
connection and insert canister so safety guide is
inside canister collar notch.
Step 4:
Push down the canister level to “LOCK”.
Check for gas leaks using soapy water. Never use
a flame. Bubbles indicate a leak. Failure to follow
these procedures can result in a gas leak.
Close canister compartment cover.
