Hydraulic oils
Used hydraulic oil needs to be taken care of when the oil of the
hydraulic system is changed and may not be reused due to the
dirt particles. The dirt particles can cause the hydraulic system
to malfunction.
Used or soiled hydraulic oil belongs to the water-endangering
materials. Special requirements are therefore valid concerning
handling and disposal.
z Make especially sure that no used hydraulic oil can get into
the sewer system or in the earth.
z Utilize secure collection containers when the hydraulic oil
is drained.
z Remove spilled hydraulic oil immediately with suitable
binding agents.
z Collect the used hydraulic oil carefully in used collecting
containers.
Do not mix with other operating materials.
z
Deposit the collecting container with the hydraulic oil at
a collection point for used oil processing.
z
Observe the regulations of the local authorities.
Filter cartridges and inserts and drying agent inserts
The filter cartridges and inserts need to be taken care of dur-
ing an oil change and fuel filter change. The drying agent in-
sert comes from the air dryer.
These filter cartridges and inserts and drying agent inserts be-
long in hazardous waste.

Dispose of these operating materials properly as hazard-
ous waste.

Observe the regulations of the local authorities.
Paper filter inserts
The paper filter inserts need to be taken care of during main-
tenance work of the dry air filter in the air filter system of the
motor.
z
Dispose of the paper filter inserts according to regulations
of the responsible local authorities.
