MACROZA wall chasers’ cutting device is a Tungsten Carbide tipped milling cutter.

There are seven different types of milling cutters depending on required cutting

measure (depth x width):

Cutting width and depth might vary depending on

milling cutter’s level of wear.

• 

For  cuts  wider  than  50  mm,  make  two  parallel  cuts

side by side

• 

For gear or switch boxes, make two additional parallel

cuts on each side of the existing cut. 

STANDARD SERIES RZ

RZ Standard milling cutters

are able to work on softer

materials such as hollow clay

bricks, AAC blocks, limestone

blocks or semi-hard solid

clay bricks and hollow

cement blocks

PREMIUM SERIES RD

RD Premium series have been designed to work

on the hard building material with the exception

of concrete, pre-cast concrete or stone. 
Working on standard masonry materials,

MACROZA RD Premium series increase

productivity in up to 40% as opposed to the RZ

standard cutters.
