Using the spell checker
You can mark spelling errors in the current document, run the spell checker against
the current document, or run the spell checker against all open documents.
To spell check, do any of the following:

To mark mispellings in the current document, select Tools > Mark Spelling Errors
from the menu.
This marks mispellings in the document as it is when you select this command.
This does not mark mispellings as you type.

To correct marked mispellings, select Tools > Mark Spelling Errors from the
menu and, in the document, right-click each mispelling and select from the
Spelling suggested word list.

To spell check the active document, select Tools > Spell Check
•
To spell check all open documents, select Tools > Spell Check All
