Configuring administrator alarm notifications on UNIX
To configure administrator alarm notifications:
1 In ClusterCATS Web Explorer, click the Show Cluster link. The Show Cluster page
appears.
2 Enter the fully qualified host name of a server for which to configure administrator
alarm notifications in the Web Server Name field.
3 Click OK. The Cluster Member List page appears.
4 Click the Alarm Notification link.
The Alarm Notification page appears:
5 Enter the e-mail address of the person you want to be notified about the occurrence
of an event in the event’s corresponding field.
If you want multiple people to receive an e-mail notification about one event, add
more e-mail addresses to the field. Separate each address with a comma.
6 Enter the name of the default SMTP mail server to which your mail is delivered, in
the SMTP Host field.
7 Click OK to apply your changes.
