12 INTRODUCTION

vehicle found to be defective upon
examination by Mack Trucks, Inc. and provided that such part(s) were returned to
Mack Trucks, Inc. or its nearest authorized
Dealer within a reasonable period of time.
Qualifications and Limitations:

Control Systems Warranty:
•
Malfunctions caused by misuse,
improper adjustments, modification,
alteration, tampering, disconnection,
improper or inadequate maintenance
and use of improper diesel fuel or DEF.
•
Damage resulting from accident, acts
of nature or other events beyond the
control of Mack Trucks, Inc.
•
Inconvenience, loss of use of the
vehicle, commercial loss of any
kind including, but not limited to,
consequential or incidental damages
•
Any vehicle in which the odometer
has been altered or damaged so that
mileage cannot be readily determined.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
AND REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS, STATUTORY OR
OTHERWISE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
