Section 3 – Transportation and positioning
The machine is typically manually transported around the job site using the two swivel
casters at the rear of the machine to steer, with the larger wheels at the front.
The machine can be picked up using a forklift, by simply inserting the forks under the
base from the rear, and ensuring that they are close enough together to prevent damage to
the casters. Each caster has a locking lever, which, when in the horizontal position the
brake is OFF, and when angled in either direction are locked. Ensure that the locks are
OFF when moving the machine.
