Attaching Header Boots
Header boots are required to attach a D-Series Draper Header to the windrower.
CAUTION
To prevent damage to the lift system when lowering
header lift linkages without a header or weight box
attached to windrower, ensure that float engagement
pin is installed in storage location (B) and NOT
installed at hole location (A).

If
NOT
installed, attach draper header boots (supplied with
header) to windrower lift linkage as follows:
1. Remove pin (B) from boot (A).

2. Position boot (B) on lift linkage (A) and reinstall pin (C).
Pin may be installed from either side of boot.
3. Secure pin (C) with hairpin (D).
4. Repeat for opposite side.
