PERFORMING PREDELIVERY CHECKS

For windrowers NOT equipped with the optional
sensors expansion module (MD #B4666):

Check the knife drive box pulley (A) speed with a
hand-held tachometer.

Multiply the rpm reading by two to obtain the knife
speed in strokes per minute (SPM).

Compare the reading to Table

5.5 Knife Speed Setting,
