Residual risks

7. Batteries produce heat when charging and discharging. If the product becomes
too hot to touch, unplug the battery charger immediately.

immediately with plenty of clean water, then consult a doctor.
Battery charger warnings

For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable
supply unit (charger) provided with this product.
1. The charger is designed for indoor use only. Always charge the battery indoors.
2. Only charge the battery with the engine off.
3. Protect the charger against moisture and wet conditions. There is a risk of electric
shock.
4. Do not place any object on top of the charger as it could cause overheating. Do
not place the charger near any heat sources.
5. Do not use the charger if it has been dropped or is otherwise damaged in any way.
Have the charger checked and repaired by an authorised service centre.
6. Do not disassemble the charger. Incorrect reassembly may result in the risk of

7. The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the charger should
be replaced.
