before use
• This appliance is intended strictly for household use for storing
food only.
• Check if the appliance is damaged after unpacked please contact
your dealer.
• The mains electricity supply must conform to the rating plate of
the appliance.
installation
• Fully unpack the appliance. Please keep packaging materials away
from children. It should be removed and properly disposed prior to
installation.
• This appliance should be installed in a dry and well ventilated
room. Place the appliance away from direct sunlight and any heat
source.
• Leave at least 10 cm between the appliance and surrounding for
ventilation and heat dissipation.
• The electricity supply must conform to the rating plate. Follow lo-
cal regulations.
• It is recommended to wait at least two hours before plugging the
appliance after installation. This helps the refrigerant circuit to sta-
bilize.
start-up
• Insert the plug into the wall socket. The green light turns on.
• Allow the appliance to cool down for an hour before placing food
inside the compartment.
temperature setting
• Turn thermostat (1) to adjust the temperature between 1 (warmer)
and 8 (colder).
• The temperature will decrease from setting 1 to setting 8.
freezing food
• Wrap or seal food in aluminium foil, air tight containers or food
storage bags prior to freezing.
• Allow hot food to cool prior to placing it in the appliance.
• Smaller portions of food will freeze faster. The recommended
maximum portion weight is 2.5 kg.
• Avoid placing warm food directly in contact with frozen food. Fro-
zen food could defrost and may not outlast the foreseen storage
time.
• The capacity of the appliance as shown on the rating plate, should
not be exceeded.
