Activating monitor / switching between additional
cameras
Using the monitor button (2), you can monitor the entrance
area at any time without waiting for someone to press the
bell push. The monitor can only be switched off by pressing
the voice button twice or waiting approximately 60 seconds
for the system to automatically
return to standby mode.
NOTE
: If an additional camera is connected (or multiple
external units), it can also be activated using the monitor but-
ton. Pressing the monitor button once activates the camera
of the external unit, pressing it a second time switches to the
first additional camera, and pressing it a third time switches
to the second additional camera. Once you flipped through all
the cameras the image from the first camera is shown again.
Integrating a radio doorbell
To connect a radio doorbell from the BELL or FG series, set it
to learning mode (see the instructions for the radio doorbell)
and then press the bell button on the front-door station once.
NOTE
: It is also possible to teach the radio doorbell directly
via the indoor unit. To do this, call up the OSD with the menu
button, switch to the last item there and then press the plus
or minus button. This also triggers the radio module.
SETTINGS
The following options are available at the indoor unit to
adjust the system to your personal circumstances:
IMPORTANT
: For the following setting options, the monitor
of the indoor unit must be activated (e.g. by pressing the
screen button). Otherwise, no adjustment of speech volume,
brightness, contrast, colour saturation and melody is possible.
OSD settings
The following settings are made via the on-screen display
(OSD). To call up the OSD, briefly press the menu button (13)
on the indoor unit. Each additional short press of the menu
button advances one menu item. The respective value can be
adjusted via the plus and minus keys (12 and 11). The values
are saved automatically. The OSD switches off automatically
6 seconds after the last key is pressed.
