Linking an External Device
It is possible to connect this speaker to another speaker in order to get fuller sound across a larger room. In order to
connect to another speaker, follow the steps below.
1. If using and XLR-to-XLR cable, connect one end to the Mix Out (
P
) output on the first speaker and the XLR output on
the second speaker.
2. If using an XLR-to-1/4" balanced cable, connect one end to the Mix Out (
P
) output on the first speaker, and the
balanced/line input on the second.
3. After connecting the speakers, set the Mic/Line input to Line.
4. Before turning on the power, set the volume knob (
H
) to the lowest setting.
5. Turn on the power.
6. Adjust the volume as needed.
Updating the Firmware
Firmware updates are available periodically. In order to update your speaker, follow the steps below.
1. Visit
www.lyxpro.com
to find the latest firmware update.
2. Download the firmware update onto a USB drive.
3. Once the download has completed, plug the USB drive into the speaker and it will automatically update.
