[Setup Procedures]
1. Referring to Diagram 1, connect both ELD-A Vertical Shafts to the ELB-A
Controller via the supplied Patch Cords. Next connect the ELH-A Manual
Controller (refer to Diagram 2) and supplied Power Cord to the ELB-A
Controller.
2. In line with controller name plate, plug the controller into the electricity
supply (either 230V AC or 120V AC). The digital display will show “RST”.
Press the “DOWN” button until the push rod reaches the bottom of its limit.
Release the depressed DOWN button. The digital display will show
560(unit:
mm). The initial setup and a reset have been completed.
3. After successfully resetting the unit, depress the Manual Controller “UP”
button. Both Vertical Shafts will ascend at the same time and stop when
pressure is released from the “UP” button.
4. Depress the Manual Controller “DOWN” key. Both Vertical Shafts will
descend at the same time and stop when pressure is released from the
“DOWN” button
[Table Height Memory]
Four different heights can be memorized for future use. Via the “UP/DOWN”
buttons select your preferred height of the table then press the “S” button
followed by any of the four numerical buttons on the Manual Controller. The
height of the table will be retained in the Manual Controllers memory. A
further three different heights can be preset by selecting a different
numerical button after depressing the “S” button on the Manual Controller.
Thereafter the preset table heights can be selected simply by pressing the
numerical buttons associated with the desired table height. These preset
table heights will be retained in the memory of the Manual Controller even
after a power reset. After pressing one of the four numerical buttons to
select a preset height the “UP/DOWN” buttons can be used to manually
override your selection.
[Vertical Shaft Synchronization Problems]
If the two Vertical Shafts do not synchronize correctly, they can be reset by
either an Automatic Reset or a Manual Reset.
Automatic Reset
Depress the “DOWN” button on the Manual Controller continually until the
Vertical Shaft descends to the bottom and then rises approximately 5mm.
Remove pressure from the “DOWN” button. The Automatic reset is now
complete and the unit should function normally.
