MANUAL: Allows user to adjust red/
blue color manually. The default is
2900.
ATW (Auto Tracking White Balance): Select this option for constant lighting
scenes, such as indoor applications.
- AE PREFs
HIGHLIGHTS: Adjust exposure so that bright parts of the image are most vis-
ible; dark parts of the image may be blacker.
SHADOWS: Adjust the exposure so that dark parts of the image are most
visible; bright parts of the image may saturate.
- AGC
The gain control settings indi-
cate how much to adjust cam-
era images in relation to light
levels. The default is STANDARD.
BIAS: Apply an offset to the auto-
matic gain level. Increase it to lighten
the camera image; decrease it to darken the camera image. The range is
from -18 to 18.
- WD RANGE:
Adjust the wide dynamic range of the camera.
AUTO..
BIAS: Current range value + BIAS value
equal actual value.
LIMIT: Determine the maximum of the
Dynamic Range. The higher the value
is, the dynamic range is wider.
VALUE: Control light intensity in a
scene.
- SHUTTER LIMIT
Setting the mode of the camera in the low light condition OFF/X2/X4/X8/X16/
X32optional, X2 means the shutter speed is normal multiply 2, analogy ac-
cording to this for example: Normal value of the shutter speed is 1/50, X2 will
be 1/25.

2.4. ADVANCED SETUP
- ZONE EXPOSER
METER MODE. The camera uses meter zones to implement foreground me-
ter and background meter. Many installations include multiple light sources
or unusual colors and lights. Meter zones let you identify a light or color refer-
ence section in the camera view. Then the camera can adjust the entire
video image based on the meter zone.
FORE/BACKGROUND. Foreground/background optional. In foreground
mode, the camera analyzes both brightness and color elements in the
meter zone. Then it adjusts these elements throughout the entire image.
In background mode, the camera analyzes the light levels in the meter
zone. Then it enhances the detail for backlight objects that would other-
wise appear as silhouettes. Foreground Presets: offers four default zones. Full
Screen/Most Screen/Center/Lower1/3 optional.
FORE GROUND ZONES
BACKGROUND ZONES
Adjustable four zones
Adjustable four zones
NOTE: If enable zones were set to all, dither may occur at the bottom of
image, this phenomenon is caused by zone overlap. It can be avoided by
detaching the overlapping zones.
Zone Adjustment Methods:
White box: Press up/down/left/right key to move the zone.
Green box: Press up/down/left/right key to increase the zone.
