Operation
Check before starting!
Check the safe condition of the product:
– Check whether there are any visible defects.
– Check whether all parts of the product are firmly
attached.
– Check the function of the FI switch (
– Check the the cooling water level is sufficient.
Cutting work pieces
Straight cuts
1.
Adjusting the angle guide scale:
– Loosen the star handle bolt (23) of the angle
guide scale, and set the angle to 90°.
– Retighten the star handle bolt.
– Loosen the knurled screws (24) and push the
angle guide scale into the desired position.
– Retighten the knurled screws.
– The set cutting width can be read from the
scale (25).

Start the cutting machine:
– Press the green start button on the ON/OFF
switch (3).

Cutting work pieces:
– Fix the work piece with one hand, and with the
other hand hold the handle (2) of the cutting
head, and guide the cutting wheel slowly and
evenly through the work piece during the cutting
process.
4.
Stopping the cutting machine:
– Press the red stop button on the ON/OFF
switch (3).
Mitring cuts
– Push the angle guide scale (4) to the desired
Jolly cuts
Canting the cutting head:
– Loosen the star handle bolts (3) on both sides of
the cutting machine.
– Cant the frame with the guide track to the
desired angle. Retighten the star handle bolts.
– Set the angle guide scale to 90°.

must only be put into operation if no
defects are found. Ensure that any defec-
tive parts are replaced before the product is
used again.

Never reach
into the work area of the rotating cutting
wheel when the machine is running.
Note:
Wait until the cutting shaft has
reached its maximum rotational speed and
the cutting surface of the cutting wheel is
supplied with cooling water before starting
to cut.
Note:
For complicated cuts (mitre and Jolly
cuts), we recommend carrying out a test
cut in advance.
DANGER! Danger of injury!
Prior to any
maintenance and/or cleaning:
– Switch the machine off
– Let the machine cool down
– Pull out the plug.
CAUTION! In the interest of your own
safety!
You should yourself perform only
the steps described here.
Have all other work, in particular repairs,
conducted by a trained technician. Improp-
erly performed work may cause damage to
the machine and may result in injury.
