Operation
Check before starting!
Check the safe condition of the device:
– Check all parts to make sure that they fit
tightly.
– Check whether there are any visible
defects: broken parts, cracks, etc.
Set discharge chute
– Loosen Tommy screw (16).
– Set the inclination of the discharge
chute (3) and Retighten the Tommy
screw.
Connecting the product
– Pull the extension cable through the
cable grip (17) as illustrated.
– Insert the extension cable coupling into
the mains.
Switching on the product
– Press the safety lock (18) and keep it
pressed.
– Pull and keep hold of the operating
lever (5).
– Release the operating safety lock.
Switching off the product
– Release operating lever.
Clear snow
Notes to snow removal
• Clear immediately after the snowfall; later
the lower layer becomes icy and makes
clearing difficult.
• Always clear snow in the direction of
wind.
• Clear snow in such a way that the cleared
tracks somewhat overlap each other.
Set throwing direction
– Turn adjustment (4) to bring the dis-
charge chute (3) in the desired direction.
Set throwing range
The steeper the setting of the flap of dis-
charge chute (3), higher and broader is the
snow expelled.
– Loosen Tommy screw (16).
– Set the inclination of the discharge
chute (3) and Retighten the Tommy
screw.

Rectify clogging
DANGER!

The product must only be put into
operation if no defects are found.
Ensure that any defective parts are
replaced before the product is used
again.
WARNING!

Never set discharge chute in such a
way that the snow is thrown in the
direction of persons, animals, win-
dows, cars and doors.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Always ensure that there is no gap
between the flap of the discharge
chute and the discharge chute itself,
through which the snow cannot be
thrown on the user.
DANGER!
Risk of injury!
Switch off the product and discon-
nect the mains plug before all clean-
ing and maintenance work. Wait till
all moving parts are completely
stopped.
