Dismantle the blade under the following situations:
a. Blade worn out seriiously.
b. Work with different material.
c. Work with thick/thin objects to change different saw teeth size.
d. Blade broken.
1. Dismantle procedure: refer to the following diagram:

a. Turn off the power and place warning sign to prevent unexpected power
up.
b. Open the upper and lower cover (be careful!). Turn blade tension adjust
hand wheel (counter clockwise) to release the blad till it is no tension.
c. Remove the blade from the cover and the tungsten claw (be careful! the
blade is keen it may cause injury).
2. Assemble the blade in the following procedure: (see the diagram above)
a. Insert the blade into the cover and attach it to the tungsten claw.
b. Put the blade on the free drive wheel (please align with the inner side
and make sure that the saw teeth are facing down.
c. Turn the hand wheel to adjust the tension the blade (clockwise 1.1/2 to
2.1/2 cycle). The normal tension for MBS series is 2200 kgs/cm
2
and
2300 kgs/cm
2
for MBS series.
d. Apply the power and press the button “ON”, when the blade aligned the
free/drive wheel, the assemble procedure is complete. (Remove the
warning sign)
3. OPERATING SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check and make sure that all switches are “OFF” before applying
power to the machine.
2. Check and remove any other object in free wheel/drive wheel or in the
saw blade and lock the upper/lower cover to prevent injury or machi-
ne damages.
3. Do not unlock the blade cover except that is operated by the trained
maintenance person.
4. Do not touch the blade when it is running or cutting material. It may
cause serious injury.
5. Do not wear gloves when operating the machine to prevent suck in
injury.
6. Wear goggles during machine operation to prevent eye injury.
7. The blade is keen matal and may cause injury. Do not place the blade
side to the passage or close to any person.
8. Do not mount the machine in a high humidity environment or outdoor.
It may cause electric shock.
9. Do not leave when the machine is running and turn off the machine
when the work is finished.
10. Follow the instructions on the welder when welding. Put on welding
goggles to protect the eyes from blaze.
11. Wear goggles to keep the scrap away when grinding the blade.
12. Do not unlock the electric air vent in the back except that is operated
by the trained person. It may cause electric shock.
13. Turn off the electric power and place warning sign during maintenan-
ce or repair.
14. Do not expose long hair. Do not wear oversized overall or neck tire to
prevent suck in injury.
15. Use crane to load/unload objects over 30 kgs. It may cause damages or
injury.
16. Turn off the power when not using the machine to prevent causing
unexpected injury.
17. Do not modify any electric circuit. Please contact the manufactory and
get the authorization before doing any change.
18. Do not unlock the back cover unless it is operated by trained person.
Turn off the power before opening the cover.
19. This machine is design to cut oil-free/water-free objects. Objects other
than these kind is not suggested and may cause electric shock.
20. Do not dismantle any parts unless it is performed by the authorized
person or contact the agent or manufactory.
