FIVE YEARS

 WARRANTY

LUMIRAMA offers this five (5) years limited warranty to the original purchaser of this Lumirama fan 

(the “Product”) from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty is not transferable. The 

Product is a quality product which was made, inspected and selected with care. This limited 

warranty does not apply: (1) to consumable parts; (2) to normal wear and tear; (3) if Product is used 

for purposes other than residential use; (4) if Product is used for purposes other than those 

determined by the manufacturer or by the distributor; (5) if damages are only aesthetics and do not 

affect normal use of the Product; (6) if damages, defects or other problems arise from (a) abnormal 

use of the Product, or (b) inadequate maintenance of the Product, or (c) faulty installation or 

assembly, or (d) installation or assembly not in accordance with the installation guide or user 

manual; or (e) a modification, repair or dismantle of the Product done by someone other than those 

authorized by the retailer or the distributor, or (f) negligence by the purchaser, (g) an accident or a 

case of force majeure, or (h) any event not caused by the Product itself. The manufacturer, the 

distributor nor the retailer shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any 

extraordinary, special, indirect, accessory or consecutive damages resulting from the use or the 

incapacity to use the Product. Their responsibility is limited to the price paid by the purchaser for 

the Product, as indicated on the invoice.

If one or more parts were defective, the retailer shall replace or repair, in its sole discretion, the 

defective part or parts without charge, under the following cumulative conditions. (1) The original 

purchaser of the Product shall contact the retailer where the Product was purchased and shall 

bring back the defective part or parts or the Product to the retailer, with the invoice as proof of 

purchase and date of purchase of the Product. (2) The purchaser shall supply the Product 

identification information (such as model number and serial number, if any). If the retailer chooses 

to replace the defective part or parts, the replacement part or parts may be new or reconditioned, 

equivalent to new parts.

This limited warranty does not limit, restrict or exclude the protection granted by any applicable 

legal warranty.

The text of this limited warranty can be amended at any time.
