Special functions
Keep warm function
The breadmaker has a convenient keep warm function. At the end of the
bread or cake making process (in most programs), the breadmaker will
automatically go into keep warm mode, so you do not need to take out the
food straight away. At the end of the warm keeping cycle, the buzzer will
sound five times every five minutes. The program specification charts (on
pages 14-17) list which programs include the keep warm cycle.
Buzzer prompts
•
When you press the START/STOP button, or any other button during
normal operation, the breadmaker will emit one short buzz.
•
When you hear the buzzer sound eight times during the bread
making process, the extra ingredients such as fruit and nuts will be
released from the chute.
•
At the end of the baking process, the buzzer will sound 10 times
before the machine starts the keep warm cycle.
•
At the end of the keep warm cycle, the machine will buzz five times
every five minutes.
Power failure memory
This bread maker has a power failure memory function. In case of a
power failure (lasting less than seven minutes) during the bread making
process, the breadmaker will memorise its current status and start again
without you having to reset anything. However, the total working time
may be changed slightly. The actual time it takes for the program to
complete will now be the originally set time plus the time of the power
failure.
If the power is off for longer, the bread maker may not retain its memory
and you may have to reset it.
