Integrated Light Module Replacement

Carefully remove the existing integrated light module (E)
。

Carefully pull the power supply connection (F) from the back of the integrated light module (E).

Reconnect power supply connection (F) to the new integrated light module (E).

Insert the integrated light module (E) into the housing base (G).
Note:
Top of the integrated light module (E) must be flush with the top of the housing base (G). If the integrated
light module (E) is not flush, reposition the module in the housing.
Note:
Ensure that the wire and connector are not binding or pinching against the inside surface of the housing.
6) Replace securing lens cap (C) and turn clockwise on housing base (G). Slide detachable shroud (A) on housing
base (G) and tighten securing screw (B) by turning clockwise.
Beam Spread Replacement

Locate the gap on the top edge of integrated light module (E) see fig.F2, use the gap in the integrated light
module (E) to pull the beam spread lens (D) out. Insert the new beam spread lens (D).

Replace securing lens cap (C) with filter lens (D) in place and turn clockwise on housing base (G). Slide
detachable shroud (A) on to housing base (G) and tighten securing screw (B) by turning clockwise.
There are 3 lenses to select (15
, 40
& 60
).
Note: Using the clear filter alone, you will obtain a 90
beam spread.
Note: When changing the lens, ensure that you do not directly touch the LED chip and that the cavity in housing
base (G) is free of dirt and debris.
