Programming
Just a few programs provide you with the basic Bodyclock
functions: a 30-minute sunrise to wake you up; a back-up alarm
beep for added reassurance; an optional 30-minute sunset to help
you sleep.

Safety
�
Keep the lamp cover over the bulb. Remove only when cold and
when the lamp is unplugged.
�
The lamp cover will be warm to the touch. Avoid covering it and
keep clear anything that may be damaged by heat.
�
Don't open the casing for any reason. There are no user-serviceable
parts inside.
�
Keep away from water and damp. For indoor use only.
�
Maximum 42W halogen bulb/40W candle bulb.

Getting started
The best position for Bodyclock Starter is by your bedside.
�
Remove the lamp cover with a gentle upward tug.
�
Screw in the bulb firmly and replace the cover.
