Do not loosen or remove the center screw

Pull these two wires out.

Remove the four screws, two at each end of the lamp bracket.

Loosen these two screws.

In the center white square block, loosen the two screws on the right until
the Philips screwdriver goes into a freewheeling condition. Do not
remove these screws.
3.
Pull out the two white wires on the right.
