Mitre Table Positive Stops
There are positive stops at 0
°
, 15
°
, 22.5
°
, 30
°
and 45
°
to the left and right. While the table is
being rotated, the table will stop at the next
positive stop. Once the desired angle is
obtained, use the mitre lock handle to lock the
table.
Vice Assembles (Vertical and Horizontal)
The vertical vive can be installed in two positions
on either the left or the right side of the guide
fence. Insert the vice rod into the hole in the
guide fence and tighten the vice lock knob to
secure the vice rod. The horizontal quick adjust
vice can be installed in two positions on either
the left or right side of the table base. Insert the
vice pivot shaft into the hole in the base. To
adjust the position of the vice, simply turn the
handle or use the quick adjust feature by lifting
the half nut and pushing or pulling the handle to
position the vice. Reposition the half nut on the
threaded shaft to secure the vice in place.
Pulling out the rectangle extension wings
If additional support is needed, it is highly
recommended to pull out the retractable
extension wings, unlock knob and pull out the
extension wing and secure it in place by
tightening the lock knob. Repeat for the other
side.
Rear Support Extension
This mire saw comes with a rear support
extension. It increases stability and if the saw
head is released unexpectedly, it will prevent
the mitre saw from tipping backwards.
Dust Bag
The dust bad fits over the dust bag adaptor at
the rear of the saw dead. For efficient operation,
empty the dust bag when it is no more than half
full. This allows better air flow through the bag.
