In case of malfunctions, please check in principle whether the Climber has been mounted in balance and perpendicular. In addition,
please check whether all safety instructions have been observed.

The slats do not open and close
completely
Assembly error
Check whether the Climber has
been mounted in balance and
perpendicular.
If the Climber has not been
mounted in balance and
perpendicular please let the
costomer service mount the
climber correctly.
Then please carry out a reset
Software error
Carry out a factory reset.
When the sensor field is
touched, the slats open for a
few cm and close again
Slack rope detection is activated
Carry out a factory reset.
The slats do not respond when
the sensor panel is touched
Switch-operated socket outlet is
switched off
Switch on the socket outlet.
Motor unit is not connected to the
power supply
Plug the motor unit into the
socket outlet if applicable.
Power failure
Check the fuses.
Consult a qualified electrician if
applicable
Motor unit is defective
Call the dealer's customer
service technician to replace the
motor unit if applicable.
Wiring is defective
Call the dealer's customer
service technician to remedy the
fault.
Consult a qualified electrician if
applicable.
Slats are skewed, cannot be
opened or closed
Belt is broken
Disconnect the motor unit from
the power supply.
Ensure that the motor cannot be
switched on again.
Call the dealer's customer
service technician to remedy the
fault.
Do not leave the slats in an
inclined position, this can lead to
the detachment of the slat
bonding and ultimately to the
falling off oft he slats.
