FCC Regulations
FCC Part 15 Notice
Warning: This equipment has been tested and found to comply
with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15
to the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference when the
equipment is operated in a residential environment. This
equipment generates, used, and can radiate radio frequency
energy, and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential
area is unlikely to cause harmful interference. But if it does, the
user will be required to correct the interference at his or her
own expense. The authority to operate this equipment is
conditioned by the requirement that no modifications will be
made to the equipment unless Lucent expressly approves the
changes or modifications.
IC CS-03 Notice
The Industry Canada label identifies certified equipment. This
certification means that the equipment meets certain
telecommunications network protective, operational, and safety
requirements as prescribed in appropriate Terminal Equipment
Technical Requirements document(s). The Department does
not guarantee that the equipment will operate to the user’s
satisfaction.
