The guarantee does not include cover for any defects that are not caused as a direct result of
material or workmanship while used under recommended operating conditions.
To raise a warranty, claim please contact the distributor who acted as the point of sale for
further assistance. The distributor will ask for a description of the issue and will require proof of
purchase.
Several examples of issues that will not be covered by the warranty are;
•
Fitment not carried out by a qualified electrician.
•
Overloading the unit due to incorrect load consideration.
•
Opening the unit casing.
•
Connecting cables to the incorrect terminals.
•
Accidental damage by the operator.
