Warning
When the oven is operating, the door must be closed since otherwise the knobs and
protective plates might overheat and be damaged
MECHANICAL TIMER
The cookers have an acoustic timer that can signal a maximum time of 120 minutes. Turn the knob to the
right, position it to the preselected time, between 0 and 120 minutes (see figure); once the set time has
elapsed, the acoustic timer activates

Igniting the Grill burner
To IGNITE, turn the knob to the left from the "0" position into position

hold the knob down until the gas ignites. After ignition, hold the knob pressed for about 10 seconds to allow
the thermocouple to heat up and then release it. If the flame goes out, repeat the procedure. To turn off the
grill burner, turn the knob into the "0" position.
GRILL
The grill must only be operated with the oven in a semi-open status.
The supply includes a sheet metal guard that must be fitted underneath the dashboard for protection against
overheating. Remove this protective plate only once it has cooled down. During operation, the grill becomes
hot: to remove it and avoid burns, we recommend wearing protective gloves.
Turn the oven control knob to the symbol

Oven lighting
To switch the oven lamp ON, press the button with the symbol
. This means you can check food while it
is cooking through the glass without opening the door.
